Nipple Help!

So I'm putting it out there. It has been really cold these past few days in Atlanta. We're talking low teens. I've been staying in mostly, but it's still chilly. And my nipples are chapped and sore. Nothing seems to help them. What do you suggest BF mommas? Any thoughts?

I have serious skin issues during winter, so I feel your pain (literally). Any thick, super-nourishing lotion/cream works for me. Espically if it has cocoa butter or shea butter.

Not a BF mama, but a cheap solution is to mix a little baby oil with some regular lotion (ie: 99cents for each from the travel aisle at Target)..works for me!

But I also always give Lansinoh at baby showers because it works, too!
Glad you're back!

Bag Balm...you can buy it at most drug stores...comes in a little green square can. Works wonders. It was originally made to soothe cows udders at winter milking time.
